That it is the last day of 2015.  Ending of a challenging year. I am happy that it’s over but I am thankful for the growth that the challenges gave me to to grow. It’s been a crazy ride, even with just the parts that I can share for now.  It’s not over but I finally can start moving forward into my own life again. Have to remind myself that the past 2-3 years, I survived.  I did nothing to bring that on myself and I did handle it the best that I could.

Tomorrow, I can finally use my new calendar that I’ve been looking forward to using and easing my way into back to getting use to going back to school. I’m also talking to a potential new client tomorrow. My goal for next month is get back into the habit of time management again.  I have less then a month to build back into a full schedule instead on always being on call 24/7 to put out a fire.

Discord. It’s reminds you who are really your friends, and helps your reprioritize your life. It happens a lot during the holidays but it’s also a reminder that your time is limited. We always shifting in our lives, sometimes it’s so small we don’t notice, but others it’s a hurricane. At the end, it’s our actions that speck louder then words. Talk is cheap, but it helps you figure out things in life.

One of my college ex-roomates found me a few hours ago, on Facebook.  Turns out she lives in the same city as my mother, and she been battle breast cancer 5 years ago, when I move back to LA.  She looks good from her photos and we have  plans to meet after the holidays. Weird, she is the 3rd person to look me up this holiday out of the blue and wants to meet up. Hopefully, I can can see them all before spring semester starts.

Working on hand lettering for the past 3 months. Looking over my practice lettering work that I’ve been doing for almost 3 months now.  It’s just me doodling but I’ve done it for 3 months now.  Pretty proud that I kept up with it. Haven’t share it publicly but I will when it feels right.

Bird by bird. I’m done sorting my stuff. I just have to unpack and place things away, whenever I have free time. A few mins here and there, it will get done. Got a few more things I need to do knock off my life.  Can’t wait till my new health insurance to kick in, then try to get on the wait list to see if they approve me to see specialists. Knocking on wood for no more surgeries.
